TRAVEL
with Ellie Martin
What's your favorite Soohly product and why?
Ellie Martin: Adding Soohly Debloat + to my travels has been a total before-and-after. I always keep it in my bag, especially when I'm flying or trying new food. I basically live on the road, and Debloat + helps me feel comfortable and light — no matter what I eat or where I am.
How do you take care of your digestion when you travel?
Ellie Martin: Every trip is different, but I always start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon and my Debloat + capsules. I try to eat slowly, chew well, and avoid eating too late. When I'm traveling for work, my schedule gets totally chaotic and my digestion feels it — that's why having a consistent ritual helps me stay balanced.

What's your ritual before catching a flight?
Ellie Martin: I pack my carry-on the night before with all the essentials: my Debloat + capsules, a water bottle, nuts, and my headphones. At the airport I try not to snack out of boredom — that's what bloats me the most. And the second I sit down on the plane, I take my capsules with water. I land without that typical post-flight heaviness.

What do you always carry in your bag when you travel?
Ellie Martin: My Debloat + bottle — no exceptions. Also my SPF, a book, my favorite sunglasses, and a silk scarf that does everything. I try to travel light without giving up the things that make me feel good on the inside.

What are your favorite food destinations in the U.S.?
Ellie Martin: New Orleans is unbeatable — gumbo and beignets are a religion. I also love Charleston for the seafood, and Austin for the BBQ. The U.S. has incredible food but honestly, eating that much and that well comes with digestive consequences — which is exactly why Debloat + is my number one ally on every trip.
